If you want to forget about the feeling of discomfort and back pain, take note of the exercises to stretch your back muscles and do not forget to regularly perform them.
Exercise is not complicated. It is recommended to perform them several times a day, especially with prolonged sitting in place.
Put your legs a short distance from each other, bend your knees slightly. Raise your outstretched arms up and, tilting your palms a little back, stretch as best as you can. Hold in this position for a few seconds and return to the starting position.
